What is the Crystal palace?

Nestled in the heart of Downtown Perth along the scenic Tay Basin, the Crystal Palace is a beautiful four-season glass enclosure. With 4,560 square feet of open space, it’s ideal for any special event and community gatherings. The Tay Basin and Friendship Fountains paint a serene backdrop and add to it's magical ambiance. With Stewart Park and Perth's Downtown core just steps away, it was the perfect space to host you for an evening under the stars.

WHERE IS THE CRYSTAL PALACE?

The Crystal Palace is located in the heart of Heritage Perth and can be accessed from both Gore Street and from Drummond Street.

Where should we park?

Parking in Perth is free after 5pm every weekday evening and free on weekends. There is ample parking around the Crystal Palace but the area does fill up fast.

Additional Parking Recommendations

Gore Street has street side parking available along both sides that can be utilized.

There is a large parking lot by the Royal Canadian Legion at 26 Beckwith St E, Perth, ON K7H 1B5. It has an access point to Drummond Street where you can make the short walk to The Crystal Palace.

You can also find a large parking lot beside The Perth Library that can be accessed by both Gore Street and Drummond Street. It is only a two minute walk from The Tay Basin area.

Handicap Parking & Electric Charging Stations

There are multiple handicap parking spaces available close to the Crystal Palace and no stairs to combat with when entering the space.

If you are in need of a charging station for an electric vehicles there are reserved spots in the Crystal Palace parking lot that are always available.

When should we arrive?

The shows always begin promptly at 8PM. We highly recommend giving yourselves a 30- 60 minute window to find parking and make your way to the Crystal Palace. This way you can collect your tickets, or have your online tickets scanned, enjoy any outdoor venders and find your seats without being rushed.

Outdoor vendors will be onsite beginning at 7pm until performance time.

What happens if we cannot make it to the show after purchasing reserving tickets?

Tickets Purchased Online

Things come up, we understand! We have make our online tickets easily transferrable to another guest if you cannot make it. If you have any difficulties please email our team and we will transfer your tickets to the attendee taking your spot.

Tickets Reserved Over The Phone

If you reserved tickets over the phone to pick up and pay for the evening of your selected show please call our team at the same number or email us at hello@bardunderglass.com to cancel the reservation.

I selected the wrong showing date ticket, what do I do?

If you selected the wrong showing date when selecting your tickets and would like to switch it to another evening please email hello@bardunderglass.com.

We will do our best to accommodate, but please be advised that if the other shows are sold out then we unfortunately will not be able to carry out the request.

I am not comfortable making an online purchase, can I buy tickets another way?

Of course! You can call (613) 267-1884 to reserve tickets for your desired showing time. When you arrive to the show please arrive thirty minutes before curtain call (8PM) to collect your tickets and pay before entering.
