The evening of your purchased show date ticket, please check in with one of our attendants to have your digital ticket scanned upon your arrival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No refunds are offered on ticket purchases made online. If you are unable to make it to your selected showing date, there are two options:
Transfer the ticket to another attendee. Digital tickets can be transferred to another person before the showing date. Please contact our team if you have any difficulties.
Exchange your ticket for another show time. Contact our team to transfer your ticket to another showing date. Please be advised, this can only be carried out if the other showing dates are not already at capacity.
